7. RETURN POLICY

Please review our returns policy posted on the Services prior to any purchase.

Most orders - with the exception of “final sale” items -  can be returned within the first 9 days of purchase.

Returns must be mailed in within the 9 Day Return window, failure to do so within the allotted time frame will be automatically rejected.

Returns can only be accepted from purchases made directly from mckylemusic.com. Products must be returned unused in re-sellable condition. For any defective or damaged items, we will gladly accept an exchange or return request within 7 days of delivery. Proof of purchase required.

Product(s) can be replaced or exchanged with a product of equal or greater value or a refund of the purchased price within 9 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs as well as fees for reshipment if a replacement product is sent as an exchange. If the package is returned without a return authorisation provided by our customer service and return centre staff, the package will be rejected and will not be eligible for return. Proof of purchase required. 

Items excluded from returns: Patches, Exclusive Sample Packs, Exclusive Instrumentals and MIDI Files.*
